Talking to the reporters, Sharma, as reported by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said the Vande Bharat train was the long-pending demand of the people. "I believe it will have a good impact on the people here. It is the services at doorsteps,” he said while reacting to the arrival of direct train services to Kashmir. The minister added that the number of devotees visiting Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is increasing, with the train remaining overloaded for the last couple of days. "The people will prefer to visit here again.
